OUR STARTING POINT
Give the idea somewhere to go.
DATUM began with a simple ambition: make the spaces where people think and build feel as considered as the work itself.
Some days that work is a company. Other days it’s a design, a course, a renovation, or a thought that needs a little more time. We’re creating tools for the people who keep showing up to it.
Our focus is one silver magnetic dry-erase Vision Board. A place to sketch the thought, arrange the references, and see the next step. Designed to rest on your desk and lean against the wall.
01 / USE
Useful every day.
Objects with a clear purpose, designed around the small routines that move an idea forward.
02 / FEEL
A space you want to return to.
Honest materials, restrained details, and a visual language that belongs in your studio, office, or home.
03 / DIRECTION
Start small. Build with intent.
We’re developing one board with intent, refining its writing surface, finish, and stability through physical samples.
THE WAY WE WORK
Idea. Plan. Build.
Capture the thought. Put the pieces where you can see them. Choose the next step. The Vision Board is designed around that rhythm.
